Our story

Cake for Dinner was founded by four cake lovers. We believe that cake should be eaten for every occasion. Our cakes are so delicious that you might want to have it for dinner. All cakes are made from scratch using the finest ingredients and spices from around the world. We specialize in traditional Jamaican Rum Cakes for Weddings, birthdays, and special occasions.

Our other cakes include, carrot, lemon, pound cake, and red velvet and more. We also make Jamaican sweet tables for weddings and Jamaican wedding cake favors boxes.

Meet Adrienne

All cakes are created by Adrienne, who has a diploma in Food and Nutrition Management/ Dietary Technician from Centennial College and is a graduate from George Brown College baking program. She is also a certified Food Handler and has worked in several hospitals in the Nutrition Department.

Adrienne is a cake enthusiast who will tell you her that pastry books are her novels. She has been baking and collecting recipes from around the world since she was 8 years old. She was born and raised in Jamaica with cocoa trees, cashew trees and even coffee trees in her backyard.

Adrienne is passionate about baking and cooking, she likes to travel to explore new foods. She has been baking and creating cakes for many years, and is known for her traditional Jamaican Rum Cake (her recipe is over 100 years old!).
